You may go to ”Account” and click ”Forgot Your Password”. After that, enter your ”Email Address” and click ”Reset My Password”.

You will be receiving an email notification regarding your reset password.

First, you may go to ”Account”, enter your email address and password. Then go to ”Account Information” and you may change your details by selecting ”Change Email” or ”Change Password”.

Voucher & Promotion

You may use your voucher code upon checkout and enter your voucher code to enjoy the discount.

Usually, each respective promotion will have its own voucher or discount code and its only applicable for the stated promotion. On some special occasions, some codes are usable for storewide items with terms and conditions apply.

No, only 1 code is allowed per transaction.

It varies according to each promotion and campaigns we are running. Voucher validity is usually displayed within the promotion / campaign page.
